San Francisco, California, July 19 – Oodaalolly Chocolate’s new line of Philippine sourced pantry goods starts with the introduction of roasted cacao nibs. This first product will be launched on the crowd-funding site Kickstarter. During COVID-19, this platform offers a unique way to build brand awareness while helping to defray the substantial start up costs associated with a new product launch. 

Nearly all cacao nibs available in the US market are grown in Central and South America.  Philippine cacao nibs offer health conscious consumers a new alternative. Oodaalolly nibs possess a unique flavor profile and a host of health benefits – including a naturally low heavy metal content, unlike Central and South American cacao products.  

Oodaalolly uses rare Trinitario Theobroma Cacao varietals combined with a roasting technique optimized to bring out the flavor of these special cacao beans.  The results are nibs exhibiting an aromatic and punchy flavor while being highly nutritious.  They can be consumed straight from the pouch or used as a flavor enhancer for many types of foods and cuisines. 

Oodaalolly roasted cacao nibs are the first in a new line of Philippine sourced CPG products that Oodaalolly plans to introduce to the United States market.
