🌸 Stop and taste the flowers 🌸

Hanami β€” Japanese for flower viewing β€” celebrates the fleeting beauty of cherry blossoms.

People picnic and enjoy songs under the transient floral canopy.

Oodaalolly's cherry-infused white chocolate Sakura Bar appears only during Hanami season (March-May), capturing the ephemeral beauty and joy of this special time.

May: Dark Chocolate Adobo

While enjoying a serving of chicken adobo, an unexpected bite into a peppercorn inspired me to experiment with a new recipe: a creamy 70% dark chocolate infused with bay leaves and crushed peppercorns.

The aromatic blend and surprising flavor interaction created a uniquely delightful and surprisingly satisfying chocolate experience.
