How does membership billing work?
You will be billed automatically. There is no obligation - you may cancel your subscription anytime.
How do you ship in the summer?
During warm weather months, we prefer to ship your chocolates with cold packs to prevent melting. It is best to be available on delivery days to bring your order indoors as soon as possible.
How does the free shipping work?
Shortly after joining the club, you will receive your membership number and your unique free shipping code. It will work on any order you place on our website. Shipping is USPS domestic only.
How do I pre-order items, and does my shipping discount apply?
Email us the items you are interested in and the quantity. We will then invoice you separately. And yes, you get free shipping on those items too!
How do I manage my membership?
You can manage your membership by logging into your account with the credentials made at checkout. Once you are logged in, you will be able to manage your membership.
