Chef Randy Olmstead founded perfect Truffle in 2005, and for over 15 years, he’s made truffles that lived up to the name. Perfect Truffle became a Market Street staple in the city of Frederick and a frequent stop for tourists and locals.
Cody Marwine, who took over Perfect Truffle in 2021, uses inspiration from his culinary experience and travel to develop new flavors in each delicacy. Each product is carefully and thoughtfully developed to transport you to new places and heighten new senses. Each chocolate is not just an item; it is an experience.
He continues the tradition started by Randy since day one—making each chocolate creation on-site, adhering to the highest quality standards, each flavor skillfully crafted to engage every tastebud.
Cody also showcases award-winning bean-to-bar chocolates from around the world. We knew we had made it when he tapped Oodaalolly to join his impressive collection. He has a refined chocolate palate with a discriminating taste. So, seeing our bars counted among some of his favorite makers was an honor.
